Mitigation can be expensive, and I don't know if everyone who sleeps here will be effected, or only EMF sensitive people.- Has anyone else run into this issue or anything similar?

Glad you didn't pull the plug...So easy to let what's happening now effect your start. 

I use the line or something to the effect " Iam thinking of buying the building next door and just wanted to meet the owner."  

What's everyone's thoughts on the current 0% interest rate and its potential effects on higher valued markets such as LA and it's surrounding cities?

I have four STRs in an urban area (Boston) and and definitely feeling the effects of cancellations.

I heard a news report this morning that a lot of restaurants have converted their wait staff to delivery drivers, affording the clientele the ability to still eat their restaurant food and keeping the staff employed.I don't know, maybe I'm being unrealistic but I feel that this is going to be a temporary situation that will resolve itself in 3-4 months... assuming all the drastic measures to mitigate the spread of the virus are effective.

We'll only know what the truly effective way to build long-term wealth was after the fact.

Evictions are effectively in limbo until the courts open again.

We certainly are seeing an effect of flattening the curve from shelter in place but we also likely are seeing that from the virus infecting more people who are not symptomatic.

Like everyone else, i'm not sure the effects this will have on tenants, which translates to overall income.
