Hey @Jenifer LeviniI think how much information you should delve into will depend on what your interest is in the property and whether or not it's protected.If you're position is secured in the deal and you don't run the risk of someone trying to go around you and sweep it out from under you, the more details the better.Consider your target audience; they are likely here because they place a great deal of importance on doing their own due diligence and really value gatheting as much information as they can before jumping in to something.
