That was a while ago now...I put in a lot of sweat equity and did all of the work myself.

I guess what I am trying to say is make sure that you have put in the work, the time and the sacrifice and when you have done that I guarantee that through your actions and occasional questions Mentors , partners, coaches and colleagues will be seeking you out!  

If anyone with experience would like to get a deal done I have some capital and would definitely put in the work necessary to learn how to wholesale.

I am very upfront when you put in an app of what my monetary requirements are.

We are allowed to put in a park with less than 5 acres in the county.

(Put in $150,000, get 0 (because of breakeven rents and mortgages), but why do we not count the equity we build from paying down the mortgage?)
