I just looked at a past bill (for Wayne Twp in Marion County), but they added in Solid Waste and Storm Water on top of the 2% of assessed value, which added 73.40 (yearly) to my bill.

I would think if he really didn't want to help you out he wouldn't have wasted his time calling you back even if he originally "misunderstood you."  

I just didn't want to waste my time if there isn't anything that can be done, if she is interested in stopping it. 

Most people don't choose to waste their time looking at overpriced homes that don't meet their needs.

Trying to let someone who only has $5k be only a small % of your loan is basically a waste of time.

Nothing is more wasteful or frustrating than purchasing a list and not knowing if you can even help the sellers.

I know on their side, there is the risk that someone could be wasting their time.Is it better for someone in my position to stick to driving for dollars, FSBO, direct mailing, etc. to have that direct contact and get more walkthroughs?

I don't want to have to visit every single property just to find out that the area is less desirable and waste my time or money.

Is there a way to purchase this property via this individual since the deed is not in their name or am I wasting my time?
