Regarding the PM all off a sudden telling me good luck and refusing to manage my property, I'd imagine we'd have something in the contract about this exact situation.

No evacuation as we're far enough inland that we don't have to deal with storm surge or anything.  

Do you follow these and when you see one that you got out bid on all of a sudden on one of your competitions websites or lists.. do you wait in the weeds and if they don't close wait for it to come back on and rebid? 

They ran a title search and also said there wasn't a sheriff's sale on file anywhere so we were good since we had the redemption period time then all of the sudden, there wasn't any time and it was all over with.
