I'm looking to execute on the BRRRR strategy and the ARV estimate is important for it because i'll be looking to refinance into a long term loan to pay off the short term loan.Beyond asking a local agent for ARV, are there any other websites/people you seek information from to get to a good estimated ARV?

In the very unlikely event no one does, I can recommend a few.For lenders, I think it’s usually more networking with other investors, agents, attorneys, etc. as these days they don’t need to seek out business here on BP, they have a lot of folks coming to them via referrals.
