My feeling was that it was oriented to newbies to MF (they heavily promoted their mentorship program).

I have been there done that on the cash out refi program.. this is what led the nation into the abyss with to many borrower with zero cash into the properties when values crashed investors walked.I just love all the mid west talk of hey your getting instant equity   ARV is  X but you only paid Y and out of the Y the promoter made a nice profit on top of the actual all in costs.

There's no doubt in my mind that Airbnb is full of ****, so to speak, and that their algorithm is not going to reward the highest rated but is going to continue to promote Airbnb -advantaged listings - low or no minimum nights, lowest prices, no rules, etc.

I deduct washers, dryers, laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, light bulbs, linens, towels and my promotional pens and adult oriented calendars.

. :-)There are many other ways how you can promote your condos (and not pay airbnb fee):- Create a website for your buildings (use a good SEO company to go on top of Google search)- Create social media pages- Get listed on TripAdvisor- Work with a local property rental company- Get listed on HomeAwayWe are an architectural/ real estate company in Tulum, and we do property management for all our clients.

We can get some local lenders/vendors to maybe provide food or drinks and give them the opportunity to promote their companies.

I don't think people pay that so they offer deals like 4200 for 2 years and they just recently had a promotion for 3800 for two years. 

We promote "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle."
