Also, seller told that home would need to be put in Quest IRA's name.3/3 seller sent email to park asking if buyer had been approved and explaining that the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Manufactured Home Division said to NOT put home in Quest's name, but go directly to the new buyer with paperwork attached showing the court-ordered eviction.

Other commercial sector I would be interested in is manufacturing.  

I own a wholesale flooring materials company so I can buy flooring, bathroom, and other housing materials at low prices direct from manufacturers.  

Date of manufacture is printed right on it.

But it is a manufactured home, which in the area there are others listed for 300-315k as similar comps, and plenty of SFR comps that are easily selling for 260-320k so there aren't many doubts, just wanted advice from the BP family.
