Understand both roles and if you feel your role is more intensive or carries more risk then of course you have the right to negotiate for a higher percentage.

I would imagine take out as much as you can from the property, if the % work out and you get back all of your principle and repairs $ you put into it.

I've done a couple of flips that didn't work out the way I had planned and have started spending a lot more time on Bigger Pockets to get the info I will need to be successful going forward.I'm interested in both flips and single and multi-family rentals and hope to develop a new career as an investor.I'm looking forward to networking and becoming a more active member of the community!
