Ideally, am looking for a smaller boutique developer rather than one of the bigger outfits. 

I am a little concerned about the mixed model, but for our needs it would be ideal. 

So if anyone wants to share some info I'm looking for good (real estate agents, lenders, contractor, and home inspectors) people.single family homes that are turnkey is what I want ideally, but duplex with minor repairs needed or even single family homes with needed repairs is ok.  

The rent-to-one option would be ideal for me, since I don't have the cash for a down payment at the moment.

We could do a 20 min meetup every week(ideal) or monthly.

This led to a building boom, of super high-dollar houses (limited builders and contractors), many of those in not very-ideal locations, cheaply built, sold to the highest bidder, @ 3.5% APR.  

Ideally, I would have liked to set up a LLC, but that doesn't seem reasonable when considering the fee associated with it.

Ideally you don't have a super structured day & can take a few minutes here & there to respond. 

Ideally, those who are more experienced, smarter, wiser, and talented than us.I'm looking to gain more resources / people to rely on: -For new ideas / help / troubleshooting / brainstorming-To help us better our systems & operations -To ask for / offer guidance when needed-To share contacts, vendors, suppliers with-To collaborate with potentially To that end, do you have any recommendations for networking events, organizations or groups I may research / join, and anything else I can do to expand my network in this arena? 

The owner has a say, but ideally they will trust the contractor with decisions.
