There is a good chance no such lull will occur. 

If every host can or would do that more, then there wouldn't have been any reason for the STR restrictions to have occurred in the first place.A few things I did along those lines were to personally reach out to each neighbor, introduce myself and my family.

What would be the harm in seeing how high/low maintenance they are before dishing out 5-10% for a property manager?
