You can have the support of a team, a local mentor, and all the tools and training you could possibly want without ever needing to step foot in an office, commute, or pay desk fees.  

One realtor suggested since I have a young child that I forget about this plan and go into a SFH so that I can get into a good school district.

I have had the entrepreneur spirit in me since I was a child and thankfully I am blessed to come from a long line of beautiful, intelligent, strong and ambitious women.I would love the 2016 year bring me 4 successful fix & flips and 2 rental properties with cash flow!

They are spongy and for some odd reason, during the last renovation, they plugged up all the vents to the 1 foot crawl space.

There is a lease in place that starts 10 days after the current lease expires and I want to be sure to start out on the right "foot" with the tenants. 

We cut the balconies back and left them as 1' foot ledges saving us significant cost and reducing maintenance.

My neighbor is selling because he now has a child and needs more room.
