Hi @Louise Alexander when you were using "traditional" 30 yr fixed loans was there a specific institution or loan officer you were working with?

I do not know any experienced buyer that would pay full price for unoccupied or non paying lots.There are many problems in buying a park that has greater than 10% park owned homes being used as rentals.No experienced institutional lender would loan based on home rental income.
