I know that the burner in the furnace is brand new, and it does heat most of the house but not all of it.  

So I don't know if this gives me the protection that I think it does.The Pros: branding.

That's your typical lifetime warrantied LVP.The common theme among reviews of all different brands is scratches.Do you really think LVP is durable flooring?

I remember shopping around Manor back in 2013-2014 when brand new single family homes were going at $140,000-$160,000s.

If you are brand new then I recommend reading several books about note investing and watching YouTube videos and listening to podcasts.
