These types of deals typically would be a yield play, or tax shelter for folks looking to deploy capital (early in the build).

You shouldn't spend all your time playing detective on behalf of others.

Income is calculated on a year to date basis usually rather than a 2 year average unless your earning commission, bonuses, overtime, etc. 

Thanks @John Warren, I'm trying to play all angles here and am also looking into techniques to extend the life of a deck.

Last year I adopted the Profit First System (Mike Michalowicz) and use the following accounts to manage my business: Operating Expense, Bonus money, Owners Compensation, Tax, and Vacancy/CAPX/Repairs.

Then we start playing the catch-up game except they can never catch up and bingo!

I personally love Montana and have a lot of family friends who have moved up to the Kalispell/ Flathead Lake area but I don't think she would like how long, cold and grey the winters are haha.Also, I have to consider schools and access to sports etc for my boys since playing sports on top competitive teams was something I thoroughly enjoyed growing up. 

Travel, play music, spend time with friends and family, and start other side businesses.Account Closed I will look into these topics more.
