Given my limited experience I want to ride both Keep investing in Cashflow and keep buying (when numbers make sense ) here locally. so diversify over time diversify location as well. again I am doing it because I live here if I move to place where cashflow is high I might just invest there locallyOriginally posted by @Wilson Cheung:It seems like many podcast hosts (including Josh and Brandon on the BP podcast) promote investing for cash flow instead of investing for appreciation.
