Organically or from investors?

Everything should be organize. 

I have had my real estate license for about 2 months now but I have grown up around the real estate business.

Recently migrated to the US to grow the operation here, however, due to a few recent changes in the organization I'm likely going to be leaving the next 3 months with a significant lump sum. 

Now my patience limit has crossed and balance has grown enough to scare me.Recently tenant also said to me that you can go for judgement and they are well aware of tenant laws, basically telling me I can't kick them right away.Lease ends in August, but how do I start the eviction process?
