I live near the Blue Ridge Parkway and know I could be successful with Air BnB.

My wife and I live in a house on the ocean in the PNW. 

Generally, those areas are C neighborhoods with blue collar types of tenants.

My general location criteria is "more banks than check cashing stores" - I find that safe, "working poor" blue collar areas still tend to have banks, whereas the less desirable low income areas tend to have check cashing / payday loans places.

Every once and a while one will pop up in norfolk or ocean view area.

I am focused on working with buyers and sellers in the Ocean City, Maryland area.

I own 2 in North Georgia (Blue Ridge).

I am painting the exterior of my 4 unit multifamily gray with white trim possibly with some blue shutters. 

It's not all the big furniture that costs so much, it's the ocean of little things that rapidly add up.
