I would encourage you to reach out to other rehabbers on the site to see if there is something they can do to help you (e.g. shadow or work with them).

But I would really like to partner or shadow a seasoned investor so that I am to start my career as a successful real estate investors.

Two things I would recommend is finding a mentor or someone you aspire to be in real estate and shadow them.  

Transparency is always the best approach but generally its been my experience that there are very few wholesalers that act in transparent ways to the sellers and buyers and try to keep everyone as much in the dark as they can.  

There are also people you can shadow in the 100% commission brokerage, as well as access to online learning classes.

There are dark forces behind the current "unjuried" approach. 

Going dark on investors is just about the worst thing you can do.

I was told by my mentor, who is in his residency now, and by quite a few doctors that I have shadowed: "If you can see yourself doing anything other than becoming a doctor, do it."

I am curious how many people reached out to a local flipper and said "hey can i shadow you and check in on projects for you doing drive-bys and inspections or make calls to coordinate subcontractors"..
