Looks like they disposed of whatever the chemical was in the trash bin,  and put the bin on the concrete driveway where it leaked further creating another dark stain that the power washer also couldn't get out.

My question is, should I attempt to join a firm for commercial / residential to either be an intern or shadow a broker to get the maximum experience before I turn 18?

I’m currently looking for an investor to shadow or assist so I can learn as much as possible about the business.

We also would dump our garbage at local business after dark because we could not afford garbage collection .

Tho I admit, figuring out how to sell me, as a first time buyer to an investor leaves me in the dark.
