So with what I have read, having your in-laws invest in your LLC would not be allowed, since you are married to their child. 

I am married with one child.

My plan is to look for someone with decent credit, no evictions, no backlog of liens/child support, no felonies, minimum of 3x verifiable income, and employment for at least the last 2 years. 

@KevinWhat happens if there is no lease.Parents own the home, sell it without notifying the child (don't want to evict child).

Any interest they receive, of course, will be taxed at their ordinary income rate and it will take away any child tax credits and stuff they would normally qualify for, if the interest they receive is more than $600/yr each.   

Having my first child only 3 weeks ago I can't imagine 4!

My wife had our first child in January of this year and we JUST resolved a bill that the hospital tried to bill us for twice.

There are a woman and at least one child that live there.

Heck, I do sponsor a child overseas for $30/mo  thru planusa.org for going on 5 years now and I do see to it that at least 15% of my income does go towards legit charitable causes (mostly overseas) each year.
