I'm not a fan of shopping lenders solely based on pricing because service is VITAL with lenders.

Typically wholesalers and investors can be found on cash buyers group, or wholesale groups as wholesalers post listings there and investors reply on comments for the deals.

Eyes on listing - the OTAs get a huge number of searchers and in small markets it is not hard to stay on the top of the listings for the area.

I'll usually go there first to get a baseline and then further refine that with local listings, etc.. 

Usually the person in charge of marketing will do this for you and will add you to a mailing list.

Because later, you can easily use it as your mailing list!

I just purchased a 6 bedroom across the street and I'd like to end up with three listings:-9 Bedroom (both properties)-3 Bedroom (original property)-6 Bedroom (new property)I'm looking for tips from anyone that has successfully done this.
