If anyone has been through a somewhat similar experience I'd love to hear about it and share our experiences.After going through the eviction process right off with my first tenant I am still driven to buy more properties and find investors all over to work with and sharing my story with people who are interested.

Both with and without disability Ok, you've swayed me a little bit......but a) I still don't agree with the Govt over-reach that makes it criminal for a property owner to have to rent to animals when they clearly don't want to......b) I did get the feeling that this issue was a bit contrived, I guess we won't know....and c) no one is being a vigilante - that is the wrong word to use IMO....no one is going to drag the lady out and string her up.

These are driven by (1) local owners not wanting to change character of the area, or deal with noise, parties, transients, etc, and (2) lower income advocacy groups afraid it decreases residents housing stock and increases local rents.
