Technology & Resources: What tools and tech platforms are available to streamline your work and enhance client service?

We are a Chicago-based GC-tech (general contracting technology) company but expanding into the Atlanta market where my partner is.

Eventually, we came to the realization that in order to be able to afford to pay for all of the tech, automation, remote workers, etc… we had to start being profitable so we can continue offering above par value with property management.

@Faisal Zaman for most smaller landlords, there is no tech substitute for tried-and-true due diligence.

I think the first thing to consider is location and if the property is more likely to draw traveling professionals such as nurses, tech professionals or contract employees or families.

Biggest difference from CA are much more favorable landlord laws, taxes do NOT reassess on the sale, and still high appreciation due to land constraints, proximity to Lake Tahoe, tech and manufacturing job growth, Tesla continuing to expand, etc. 

This is, as far as I know, the only one of the many, many real estate accounting software packages I've tried that is this far behind in tech integration.

I am also tech-savvy and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
