Get a sense of your price range, and that will drive your search geography more.Kind of a piggyback off the above point (and you didn't ask about this, so excuse the soap box), but don't worry about finding "the best Airbnb house" or "the best area."

You really sound like a pitiful depressed housewife from those mid afternoon soap operas.

But the last payment posted the day our son was born...five days after our anniversary.

My anniversary with them will be in March and I hope they will be on my side.
