I'm guessing the model of self-managing is so prevalent on here that hiring a company is a novelty.

Investing over seas is interesting, and many people find success doing so, however due to the prevalence of scammers in the international investing sphere, someone looking to attract international investors would be wise to be extra careful in their approach.
