Multiple offers and multiple low offers are two different things...I don't mind getting in a couple of offers simultaneously for a buyer and I usually let the other agents know so they can be aware, alongside a short expiration.

So as you can see we are having a huge supply problem for new homes along side the cost sky rocketing and that would be here regardless of STRs.
