But in my case, I had an endorsement in my corporate liability coverage that covers me personally, which he didn't have.I had S Corps, C Corps as well as LLC's, and if people dig deep enough, they'll get into issue of co-mingling, not holding annual meeting etc., which is why I rely more on insurance.

When the insurance company issues the check it will have the LLC name and the mortgagee lender name - both have to endorse the check.My big question is if the mortgage lender will endorse the check.
