Most of the numbers I've been crunching aren't as favorable as I'd like, but I'm still learning the ropes of analyzing properties, especially house-hack MFR.

Property Taxes: $5,100/yrNot sure what kind of interest he's looking for but we did some number crunching and at a 3% rate we were able to figure that with $2000 payments to seller we could be making between $500-$600 not including minor repairs (obviously that depends on the actual condition of the house but these numbers are just a ballpark).

I will certainly start crunching the numbers and figuring out if I can get a HELOC, I am eager to make another investment my credit score is good now and I would like to take out a mortgage.

I am currently working to research regulations in the area and continue to crunch some numbers to make sure the investment makes sense for me.

Sometimes you can get a good baseline for income but always crunch the numbers yourself.
