(Whenever I’m working on a unit, I buy some dawn dishwashing soap to use to was my hands, and paint brushes, jist random needs, and I leave a nearly full bottle for the tenant, and after the cleaners come through they always walk away with it!!)

We tell guests we have a Keurig but they are pleasantly surprised we stock it with tons of teas, coffees and bottled water.

Or if you think it's necessary, as some managers of large scale arrays lead us to believe (mostly to justify their position "managing" and array with no moving parts, or to appease investors who have little solar knowledge and just like to have something to point out and think it's important), then paying some guys to run around with spray bottles and squeegees for a few hours isn't going to be a deal breaker on a multimillion dollar system.

We put distilled vinegar in a spray bottle and sprayed the walls.

Many investors struggle because they caught up in their shoestring infrastructure and can never get the genie back in the bottle (I did the same thing, I'm not judging here). 

People think I'm crazy...but I always say, "do you go visit the Coke bottling plant before buying their stock, no, you do it based on the numbers."  

After they finish their ham and turkey dinner I’d give each tenant a big screen led TV and a stocking stuffed with care with little trinkets they enjoy such as a pack of Newport’s , some lotto tickets and a large bottle of mad dog booze .

Get them a bottle of febreeze and offer to let them out of their lease.
