Beautiful properties, central location, and great parking. 

I fell in love with the large, beautiful lot and the granite exterior.  

I turned the complex into independent living for 6 residents and we also started a in Home Care Agency, soon after that March of 2019 we got the approval to add another 4000sqft and 15 more beds a brand new wing onto the building in the plans the architect designed her very own beautiful room setup up just for her!!!

So, I had a local shop make her several home decor items, and one of them was a nice mug that read, "Mike can fix that".

They put in beautiful hardwood floors and high quality finishes throughout.

The beauty of this asset is there is no right or wrong it all works.
