Cincinnati is one of my favorite cities to live in Ohio.

I have seen some offers from Main Street come through, which is one of the biggest hedge fund type buyers.I've seen offers from Offer Pad and Opendoor in the last few weeks as well.

It could even be (more) interesting from a lifestyle point of view as you'll get to stay in different cities/houses every time you go.

I mean you take most mid western or deep south cities and over 50% of the SFRs are rentals. were as on the coasts maybe 10% of sfrs are rentals there is a reason.

Local references are invaluable because those lenders have proven themselves in your market.Work with Reputable Companies: Some well-known DSCR lenders with a solid reputation include Lima One Capital, LendingOne, Kiavi, RCN Capital, Visio Lending, and Easy Street Capital.

West Valley cities like Buckeye and Avondale, East Valley spots like Apache Junction and Mesa, or growing areas like Casa Grande and Maricopa are worth exploring.

What a small world—Arnhem is such a beautiful city.

I know in NYS you have to make less than 80% median income which is like 30-35k/year.I did a quick search, it looks like the numbers probably work out on a duplex in Lakewood or another nicer area of the city (75% or rent covers PITI) on 20 or 25% down.
