Just wondering if there's any legal implications to house hacking in Australia, eg - sharing the same letter box etc...

I think I interest in HouseHack and House Flipping in Australia because i plan to Study aboard for 3-4 year and after that it's still depend on which country i want to settle down.I love to chat more about mistake and how to avoid because Success is hard to replicate but mistake is not.

Not sure I'll have any luck here, but figured I'd throw it out....I've just moved from Australia back to Connecticut, and am in need of a short term rental (for a couple of months I'm hoping ), while I look for work, so that I can finance a mortgage. 

I have a friend from Australia who is looking to buy in the next year but traditional lending is a challenge since he has no established credit, not even in his home country.

I’m pretty sure investors from Australia were taken advantage of half a dozen years ago.

I am very new to this, and I'm getting stuck on trying to estimate the rehab costs.I live in Australia (investing in Chicago area), so it's not possible to visit the properties myself. 

My situation is a bit different than most in that I have recently moved from Australia and am not a US citizen.
