If some homeowners wanted the interior of their home televised, I’m sure they would do it through national tv venues or simply making their own YouTube videos.Furthermore, the “extra” provided advertising goes both ways.

From my observations, people looking for housing scour lots of sites so by excluding a few venues, it doesn't mean you won't still reach those prospects.

If you have the money to invest, I would insist on building a portion of the clubhouse into a wedding venue.

Many of these Angelenos work in industries that have struggled to reopen, such as restaurants and entertainment venues.

Podcasting - same thing, takes consistency and a bit of tech knowledge, and is a long term game.Basically, I think many agents are successful marketing to and getting referrals from their sphere, others seem to do well with cold calling, and even those that would like to offer valuable content via video or podcasting run into the 'start-up' hurdle of how to get started, and then consistency fails when they get busy with actual clients.Speaking at least for myself here, I love teaching on video and actually know how to do it and have often thought of doing home buyer info videos for clients and prospective buyers but still haven't done it.But, if it's something you'd actually like to do and are excited about and would do consistently, then I think it would be a great idea, regardless of which venue you picked.

Thanks, @Caleb Bryant @Caleb Bryant I am going to have a -open to the public/niche of people I invite- Open discussion meet and greet at Campus 805 most likely, a venue with food and drinks and private rooms where we can come together and talk about the local market, show some of the data and maps I've made to see what kind of projections I've made for the local market and see if anyone disagrees, agrees, or has anything to add.

@Venu Madhavi the rental market in general is strong in Las Vegas/Henderson. 

We give prizes and a vacation away and its a small enough venue that its not overwhelming.
