Inventory is so tight now that I try and keep all that I buy since deals are so hard to come by in this market.The majority of wholesalers in South Florida, or at least all the lists that I am on, are nothing but daisy chain property traders.

I have heard of this concept with stock/option traders, but it makes sense in applying it to RE as well.

For ex, the intent was to renovate to rent but you instead decided to sell or got an offer to purchase or the reverse where you intended to renovate & sell but ended up holding & renting instead.

The lack of contractors or skilled trade really make the prices skyrocket so finding a contractor that can work within your budget on an investment property can be incredibly difficult.
