While I could kick myself now, I view it as an invaluable experience because it put me on the receiving end of a close and gave me direct insight into why people sell homes to investors.

To increase views, go into your listing periodically and lower the daily rate for the week or two after you have an expected vacancy, but increase the nightly rate after those two weeks so that you are still getting your target monthly rent.

I'm now finally here in person, and have started to go view places in person with the intent of purchasing.
