How much rent will it collect?

I find that it's almost a one stop shop in that I can use it for my business checking and savings accounts, bookkeeping, for rent collection, I can issue virtual credit card, I can create all the financial reports I need to run my real estate business and prepare for tax filing and through their partners I can vet my tenants, develop state-specific leases and more.

Collection agencies cannot report to credit bureau if the  landlord is a private landlord.

Also, I am connected with a lot of sophisticated investors on Linkedin and I don't want to lose their respect because I am starting to post educational content when I have never done any transactions.What do you think?

They will handle the collection and distribution of payments, amortization, escrow accounts, and any tax documentation. 

The applications, screening, lease signing, and rent collection is all done there.

Some retain the late fees collected.
