That wildcard is the hands of the pharmaceutical companies. 

I have a full time job in pharmaceutical services and my husband runs his own law firm. 

I have very little knowledge about pharmaceuticals, apparel, software, mobile devices, music, precious metals, etc... so there is no way that I can make an educated investment in those other industries.  

I work in the pharmaceutical industry and was relocated to Miami / Ft.

I used to call on the area in my former life in pharmaceuticals years ago.  

I also had a  very successful career in pharmaceuticals, sales & marketing.

I figured it's about time I introduced myself and started making connections.About myself, I finished my PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UMKC, but the job I was offered was borderline insulting.

Boston has maintained an incredibly vibrant and economically strong community because of it's research, education, technology, and pharmaceutical sectors and it will continue to foster those industries.

I had quit my high-paying job in pharmaceutical sales, and relocated to Orlando to try to make it as a Realtor a few months earlier.

Even pharmaceutical sales people make more than doctors.
