Every time I think 'so and so has the perfect life' I find it was an illusion.

Since I've always thought of underwriters as illusive/mythical creatures, however, it's also nice to know that the right agent can deliver relevant details. 

While you can technically file on the 2nd, my attorney said he has known many judges to throw it out since there is that 5 day grace period before a late fee is incurred, which give the illusion to the tenant that rent is due by the 5th.

Maybe I was just having a moment of illusion, thinking that I could bypass the hard beginnings and get right to the gravy.Thanks again everyone!

It really galls me that the last six years of "growth" are turning out to be nothing more than illusion of more and more leverage, and we're looking forward to many years of contraction or a flat economy while all these institutions deleverage.

As I've stated on other threads, and may have stated above in this post, tax "advantages" are an ILLUSION.
