It’s enjoyable when you buy land, subdivide it, and either hold or sell portions of it.

We were able to negotiate a buy down on the interest rates. 

Maybe it is ok if it is for you to live there and enjoy the amenities, but no need for you to pay high dues for a tenant to use the pool.Many condos don't qualify for FHA financing in Dallas. 

Building in hawaii is a lot of solo labor in the heat which I actually really enjoy but away from the family .

I made the mistake of letting someone get in one of my first units that was a bit off the 3 times, they were great tenants very kind and enjoyed their stay and experience with me, but could not afford it when I increased the rent on them, which is something you will have to do because of rising insurance/tax costs.5.)
