Why not sell your bitcoin and move them into a deferred sales trust (defers the capital gains taxes on the sale of bitcoin) and then invest the funds into real estate......... instead of buying real estate with the bitcoin directly since you will owe capital gains taxes on the sale of your bitcoin?
