So the crash had a sort of cleansing effect, getting rid of some people who weren't great agents.As an investor the crash provided an opportunity for me to buy my rental in Florida.

Having said that, I am requesting advice on how to cleanse a property that stinks SOOOOO BAAAD it makes you want to gag while talking.......even as you plug your nose.

Looks like the house itself will need some repair to keep bees from coming back to re colonize the soffit though.

Hi @Lewis Colon,Looks like you have some solid questions ready, I have always found it helpful to ask if they invest in properties themselves.

If you are finding that your list doesn't contain the fields you need to cleanse it properly, you'll have to do as @Taurice Cooper recommended and go back to the county website, look up the property by parcel number, and pull the extra fields you'll need.Luckily, you can automate this work with a tool called imacros (I have no affiliation). 

Never seen or heard of the show till now but my first thoughts are the disclaimer in many of the 'Investor' infomercials in tiny fine print that warns most ppl who follow our method we are selling make little or no money anyways.My 2nd thought as to American Greed would involve the bigger picture of currently occupying, bombing up, and colonizing much of the world over and also having been to only nation to resort to nuking another

My brother had colon cancer about 4 years ago and would be better doing something part time.  

When I was an A1C stationed in Colorado a Colonel I worked for told me to buy a house everywhere I got stationed!
