Good afternoon BP,Some day down the road I'd like to get into real estate development (commercial and residential).

I get the tenants a $10 Starbucks card and tell them to go waste an afternoon while you have everyone come through to avoid the "subject to interior inspection" stuff (though it doesn't have to be a huge deal if it is subject to interior).

I don't have property details yet but I'll be gathering it this afternoon.
