If my properties are continually draining their own reserves over a long period of time, then, eventually, I will end up with no cash reserves and will have to think about working a w2 once again just to pay for expenses and keep the properties afloat.At least, potentially, until the time comes when the properties are paid off (~25 years into the future) and I receive an instant boost in cash flow, around $200-$300 per property.

I'm not sure how much you know about the mahogany bay development area I have been chatting with a realtor about it and they are claiming 30% to 60% instant equity on new builds and they take care of everything this seems way to good to be true and I'm curious what's the catch I know the build would have to be funded by cash but if you can make on average 48% on your money why is not everyone building houses in mahogany bay and selling them?

Or you could rent out your old primary with the advantageous primary financing and do a refinance of your now new primary into a better loan as well.You also don't have to make that decision instantly
