Depends if they put it on your credit report and if it is in an llc and the llc pays for them for 12 months or more it can be excluded from the dti 

Not only can you not afford the money in, but how will you pay a 560k mortgage?  

It may be easier to pay an attorney to do the review for you.

You should be able to pay $8,000 - $10,000 for house that is 1200-1500 SF.
