There's a lot of REAL Estate educational platforms out there promising to show you how to invest in real estate or flip houses, so why is it out of the hundreds of people that sign up for these seminars, these educational platforms, these personal coaching sessions, etc.

Does this sound legit?

Hi @Roberto Lopez, you may want to consider a platform that offers rent collection in addition to the other tools you'd find useful for managing your rental process (ie. listing, tenant screening, lease signing, and maintenance tracking - in addition to online rent collection).

And i dont mean those companies taking warehouse space and making bedrooms and common areas, but legit ‘luxury’ homes.Is anyone out there doing this?

Buildium is an excellent platform in the PM industry. 

Make sure you are 100% certain your list price is legit.

It does remind us how relying on any one platform can have negative consequences.
