Most have a standard fee for a single family home, duplex etc....might go up or down based on the features/size a bit, but generally a price range.

We also looked at safety issues adding railings as needed and some security features; we did not spend a lot of money.

I told her that this house would not qualify for section 8 because of some of the historical features.
