@Kevin Shuler - Unless you have approval for the non-conforming property, then the worst case is that you could incur fines and worst case be forced to rip up any features that make the house two separate units.

So realistically, you have to be cognizant of the fact that you will have to set rent lower than that 1/3 of median in order to have a big enough rental pool.All the talk about adding fancier finishes and extra features doesn't change the earnings of the tenant demographics - tenant demographics is what sets rent.

Should take 10 minutes to upload these lists or names to something...and the magic would just happen and mail would hit peoples doors.Also, an ability to have a list scrubbing feature would be great as people call to be removed, complain, etc can be taken off.
