RE is full of guru crap making claims of learn the secrets, get the ins and outs, most are rip offs, the very best are overpriced full of hype and ideas that are hard to replicate in reality.Read here, ask questions, there isn't anything you can ask about residential investing or flipping or rehabs that a few here can't answer here, just need to find those in the forums that know what they are talking about......beware of the ones who add fluff, are puffing and claim that it's easy.

Buying stupid crap you can't afford using financing is...stupid.

I do want to put spindles and we will close in the underside with lattice or fence board so the neighbourhood cats don't use it for a litter box.These pictures are just when everything was ripped apart so it looks like crap.

Millions of Dollars invested there,  and seen our homes go to crap after being in the business so many years!  

Yes there is a LOT of crap on the internet.

I have a Type A personality, like most people in the medical field so I knew I would need the perfect opportunity to present itself in order to act on a deal, after meticulously analyzing the crap out of it to make sure it was absolutely perfect.

I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but there is a lot of crap spewed at wholesalers from other investors everywhere you go.

Low ball the crap out of it but allow yourself to accept counter offered.

Have been house-hacking(ish) my Boston condo (formerly my primary residence since ‘04); currently renting for ~$3500/month for 8-10 month’s of the past two years and for significantly less for a little while before that ( as i transitioned gradually from renting/airbnb’ing as a one bed with my crap stored in the second to more of a proper furnished rental).
