I am working with this company and they have three tiny home parks, all with nightly rentals.

The current standing that lead to a corporate take over starting in mid to late 80's has only harmed our country to enrich a very tiny %.

Wooden fences are rare; fences are normally concrete block so little maintenance is ever needed.

The new York one is a tiny house and left empty while i travel so i have a place to return to.

But they dinged us on peeling paint on the wooden post as divider for the garden area. 

Currently, however, I am stable in Seattle area for at least one year as of this writing.Interested in residential cash flow (in state and out), but excited about future commercial opportunities, and even some more creative ideas like land for open air RV/boat storage, or tiny house lots.
