hello, I live in Havertown and despite how many videos I've watched, am still not sure about how to figure out how much money to invest, how to calculate flipping (or repair cost s)  and am freaked out about starting - but AM VERY SERIOUS about wanting to do this !!

I've learned so much from all of your posts and videos that I thought it only appropriate to support the community by joining as a Pro.I live in Denver, CO and have been in the industry for most of my life.

i recently looked at a park for sale, and I would recommend going to the park with the owner/agent and spending some time with them walking through the park, taking pictures/video, asking all your due diligence questions and speaking to tenants if they are outside and friendly.

I've watched all kind of YouTube videos most just looking to sell you somthing eventually.

@Matt Dupee I am also new in MA, but here are my thoughts on what I am doing right now: The best way to get started is to commit to Real Estate and set some "Education goals"  1) Listen to every podcast from BP / ASK BP Video's ( I go to the gym and listen to 1.5 podcasts a day doing that)2) Become a PRO member and watch every Webinar @Brandon Turner does.  

Also Grant Cardone is a excellent guy to follow you can find plenty of his youtube videos online on the subject

They also made a video of the current condition of the unit when they entered it.
