So, at the age of 35 I just recently read Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

We have put screws in through carpet before, it will damage it some, though you won't see the damage unless you do a real poor job.

We have been looking into duplexes in the LI area for the house hack, but have yet to find any that we like for ourselves to live in.I have read the beginner's guide, and many interesting books thus far (Contrarian playbook; investing in duplexes, triplexes and quads; Rich Dad, Poor Dad, etc.) and have been devouring the podcasts. 

We all bet on ever increasing value for our real estate, but a market correction could see you upside down in a snap. 

SOulds like the sellers agent did a poor job. 

Maybe some other members can make recommendations based on experience.I bet there is some software out there that could handle this too. 

But really your best bet is to go with county website for your lists as others have mentioned.
